For requirement: System has basic GUI of start screen, initials/email screen, quiz format screens, idle screen, end screen. Each implemented by JavaFX. (see more here).

Client requirement and for our Proof of Concept Milestone.

For issue #12 .

Is there an idle screen? I don't think the "How well do you know South Carolina" page counts. Maybe the splash screen could be one, or the missing high scores screen.

In any case, that screen should automatically come up if there is no keyboard input for 30(or so) seconds, just like a screensaver. I've left the app open for a few minutes and nothing has come up.
