Cleanup user messages table #29

The user messages page consists of two tables, received and sent messages. The elements in the table cells (checkbox, badge, and star) need to be cleaned up and aligned vertically.

It would be fine to give new css classes to each of these elements so that they can be tweaked per pixel to dial them in. We just need to be sure to test them in each browser.
