YouTube Distractions Remover

A userscript to remove annoying YouTube distractions such as comments, search box and the guide which may cause procrastination, toggleable with a button.

Installation

Tampermonkey (Chrome)

Get Tampermonkey here: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/tampermonkey/dhdgffkkebhmkfjojejmpbldmpobfkfo

1. Open Tapermonkey's dashboard.
2. Click on the Utilities tab on the right.
3. Paste https://servc.eu/js-ext/yt-dist-rem.user.js into the text area, and click Import.
4. When the editor has loaded, click Install (NOT Process with Chrome).

Greasemonkey (Firefox)

Get Greasemonkey here: https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/greasemonkey/

1. Navigate to https://servc.eu/js-ext/yt-dist-rem.user.js.
2. Press Install.

Scriptmonkey (Internet Explorer)

Get Scriptmonkey here: https://github.com/SERVCUBED/Scriptmonkey

1. Press Manage Userscripts > Add > Browse > Add Script
2. Select From URL and enter https://servc.eu/js-ext/yt-dist-rem.user.js
3. Exit out of all windows by pressing Ok > Select > Save > Save
