• In Simhub go in game configuration
• Configure SimHub to a free port not used by track titan or any other telemetry applications on your computer (IE 37777)
• Configure the game accordingly (manually or using simhub automatic configuration)
• Enable and add a port forwarding to target application expected port (apparently 20888 for track titan).
• The final configuration as it should be looking
• Click OK, any UDP data received will now be forwarded now to the target 20888
