Car Numbers hard to read

Create a settings entry to disable customized numbers. Most users do not paint the correctly and can be hard to read. For now, this will be a global setting on the server that will affect all the clients.

To control this feature, get the following BETA release or better and add the following variable in the settings.txt file.
