Server crashes when camera pack uses invalid characters for YMAL in the name

Need to parse the YMAL for GroupName in the cameras and quote it before the parser gets it. Also, create a option for the CameraSelector as to which camera number to start at. Then create a standard one that starts with camera 21 so the custom camera packs will show up.
