Electron: Ability to click through the transparent areas

Currently, I made the transparent area's opacity 0.01, which is not totally transparent. The reason for this is to get the mouse events for resizing and moving the window. This would be controlled with an option, to see if you make the opacity 0, can you still manage the window. You might have to load the widget with transparency turned off to move and resize it, then turn it back on.
