Expend a little section on robustness in Chap 2

Hey @robertomolinari Could you please add a bit of text on the robustness paradigm (e.g. explain the contamination robust) at the end of Chap 2? Also, could you add an example with the hydro data to show the difference between the robust and classical ACF? Thanks a lot mate!
