Inspector - Only show Primary server in server list when there are no log backup issues in Backupscheck module #119

Current behavior: When a database is part of an availability group and there is a diff or full backup that breaches the threshold the AG backup preference determines whether the serverlist shows all possible servers that can take log backups and lists them, ideally you only want to be seeing the Primary listed therefore only reporting a full or diff issue against one server.

Ideal behaviour: Only show the primary server when there is a Full or diff issue and no log issue is present, if a log issue is present then show all servers based on the AG backup preference.
