Added the following functions: * ActiveMainAbilityTab * ActiveSubAbilityTab * SetAbilityBook First two enable SetAbilityBook to set the active Ability Book tab. Added 'OpenLodestoneScreen' Modified LodestoneTeleport: * Calls OpenLodestonScreen * Removed uptext check before clicking to teleport, as it is not a needed redundancy due to the 'LodestoneScreen' check before it.

Fixed riwu's changes to FTab to call the proper function (IsActionBarOpen), fixed riwu's GetAdrenalinePercent to call an actual function (IsActionBarOpen) as opposed to something that wasn't even there, 'isActionBarActive', moved IsActionBarOpen and ToggleActionBar to top of gametab.simba file so that FTab wouldn't be calling a non-existent function, and to avoid using forwards.
