Description

We should have a page on our site to view whether the links are healthy.

We used to have a HealthCheck page. This product was decommissioned - see webite: http://sswhealthcheck.com/

• Check with the Product Owner if this link is still wanted
• If yes, then create a page for it

Acceptance Criteria

• placeholder page removed (ssw.com.au/healthcheck)

FYI - If the product is decommissioned I don't think we should keep that link
