[reported by blelbach] [Trac time Sat Oct 15 07:50:38 2011] CMake generates the wrong install target names (e.g. HPX_MangleName.cmake) on Windows for Debug builds.

[comment by blelbach] [Trac time Thu Oct 27 18:17:30 2011] This actually happens because Visual Studio supports multiple build configurations and our CMake system assumes that the backend build system will only have 1 build configuration.
