[reported by maciek] [Trac time Mon Feb 6 02:53:09 2012] Three minor issues:

  1. In counter symbolic names localities seem to be numbered from 1, while threads/instances are indexed from 0. Consistency would be nice;

  2. When running on low core count machines "--list-counters" prints os-thread counts going up to 40 or so per locality. This unnecessarily clutters the output;

  3. Symbolic counter names differ between outputs for "--list-counters" and "-list-counter-info" (the latter misses the leading "/counters"). Again: consistency.
