[reported by hkaiser] [Trac time Thu Apr 19 00:54:56 2012] Currently the doxygen documentation tool chain scans all files in the HPX source tree for possible documentation. We should have doxygen scanning no files by default instead, explicitly specifying a (short) list of files which need ot be scannned.
