when running find_package(HPX) HPX_Util gets included which sets the OUTPUT_* variables.
Specifically LIBRARY_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY and ARCHIVE_OUTPUT_DIRECTORY is set to lib/hpx. which is definitely not something where arbitrary 3rd party libraries should end up.
