I just had to write the boilerplate for 20 or so actions for a code. It wasn't fun. Let's add a variadic version of the HPX_DEFINE_COMPONENT_ACTION macro that takes only two arguments, and uses BOOST_PP_CAT(function, _action) to generate the name for the typedef.

This implies we need to extend the HPX_PLAIN_ACTION macro to support something similar as well.
