Enable the automatic expansion of performance counter names which have wildcards (*) instead of a specific parentinstance name. For instance specifying:

--hpx:print-counter=/threads{locality#*/total}/count/cumulative

when running on two localities should print something like:

/threads{locality#0/total}/count/cumulative,1,2.147780[s],150
/threads{locality#1/total}/count/cumulative,1,2.137657[s],128

The same should be possible for wildcard used in the instance name of the counter, i.e. when specifying:

--hpx:print-counter=/threads{locality#*/worker-thread#*}/count/cumulative

the application should print:

/threads{locality#0/worker-thread#0}/count/cumulative,1,2.498190[s],92
/threads{locality#0/worker-thread#1}/count/cumulative,1,2.498420[s],72
/threads{locality#1/worker-thread#0}/count/cumulative,1,2.500171[s],66
/threads{locality#1/worker-thread#1}/count/cumulative,1,2.501445[s],67
