wait_for() doesn't compile #790

This code doesn't compile

345         hpx::lcos::future<int> future = p->get_future();
346         boost::chrono::nanoseconds tn(

/home/sbrandt/install/hpx/include/hpx/lcos/future.hpp:267:61: error: passing ‘const hpx::lcos::future’ as ‘this’ argument of ‘hpx::lcos::future_status hpx::lcos::future::wait_for(const boost::posix_time::time_duration&) [with Result = int]’ discards qualifiers [-fpermissive]

Bryce tells me he believes this to be a bug in HPX.
