Think about creating Base types at API layer #78

Right now, we assume that any ThreatActor, TTP, etc. type is the instance defined in the corresponding schema, not an externally defined type. This makes it impossible to parse other types extended from the corresponding base class, and creates some issues with circular dependencies, etc. It's working for now, but we might need to think about actually implementing the abstract base types in the future.
