Description

Add a tag called isMarked for allowing marking for arbitrary things that need to not be pulsating like highlighting or confusable with the right clicking on a thing

The color is currently color.Other.Overlay but if anyone has any better unique color idea that would be nice, it has its own class to allow easy tweaking

(the black highlighting in this case)
