Weird behaviour for python's bracket

Bug Description

1. I want to replace append by extend，but blink still gave all snippets. So I have to remove redundant brackets and default values in it.

2. The Exception shouldn't be added brackets behind.

For the first one, that comes from your LSP so we don't have much control over that. For the second one though, we could implement a special case: https://github.com/Saghen/blink.cmp/blob/main/lua/blink/cmp/completion/brackets/config.lua#L42
