Clicking on Shift from Web Calendar Should give direct listing, not all shifts #74

Currently, if you click on the Online Calendar of Job Shifts, it takes you to a detail page that shows you info on the job and all shifts in that month. Some users would prefer it to only show the shift that they click on. Probably best to make this an option via a page parameter.

added support so setting nMonthsToShow = 0 on the JobCalendar which gets passed to the JobListingFS page, along with the volunteerShiftId, will only display the single shift. added to version 3.7.
