Motivation for creation
- We wanted to give users a simple way to determine their personal fitness statistics and guide them towards their goals.
What it does
- The app calculates common fitness measurements based on user information and then gives reccomendations for caloric intake and macro nutrients based on the user's goal. Example workout plans are also available.
