This repository contains the data and code used to create the analysis for Samuel Neal's and Cindy Zheng's article in Significance Magazine on peer-reviewed COVID-19 related publications.
The data we downloaded from PubMed can be found in the covid_pubmed_200531_merged.csv file, and the analysis code is found in covid_analysis.R.
