Fibonacci was missing from the API docs. Perhaps we should keep it out since we will eventually replace its use with a Gauss-Legendre grid. |

Looks reasonable. This will need to be in the release branch, which will require a rebase of this branch against release_1.1.0 or we will need to cherry-pick these changes. I'll leave that decision up to @jellybean2004
