mongo-console should not try to connect to the oplog user #117

When a user adds the 'oplog' feature for its MongoDB database, the environment variable MONGO_OPLOG_URL is added to the application.

As a result when the user runs:

scalingo -a myapp mongo-console

The CLI tries to connect to this URL and not the standard user URL.
