docs switched spaces to dashes in docs filenames

github fails to render local paths in urls if they have spaces in them
so if you try to fix that with a %20 then the operating system can't
resolve them correctly in the local context (derp!) so since spaces
are basically mutually exclusive for usability on different systems
just remove them from the filenames (sigh)
