Warning in Julia 1.7

using PreallocationTools after loading ForwardDiff in Julia 1.7 results in this warning:

julia> using ForwardDiff

julia> using PreallocationTools

Furthermore, if I try to use Optim after the previous 2 commands I get:

That's just if you accidentally had precompilation shared with an older version. It's a Pkg thing not specifically this package.

how to fix it?

It should just go away when you restart Julia or run up again

None of that has worked. I also built again ForwardDiff and PreallocationTools with no resolution.
