liberica-jdk: Not updated to 25, Add ARM64 version instead of 32-bit

Package Name: liberica-jdk and 9 more related packages, liberica-full-jdk, liberica-full-jre, liberica-full-lts-jdk, liberica-full-lts-jre, liberica-jre, liberica-lite-jdk, liberica-lite-lts-jdk, liberica-lts-jdk and liberica-lts-jre.

Current Behaviour

Liberica Java is not updated to 25 properly and no ARM64 version.

Moreover, currently API page that manifests refer pointing both 21 and 25 versions, due to the priority, the latest version is not recognized correctly

Expected Behaviour

Should be updated to Java 25.

Additional context/output

From Java 25, 32-bit support is completely removed from its code bases.

Possible Solution

Add arm64 instead of 32-bit, add separate version of manifests for Java 21 and 25.
Plus, Append reverse property to checkver with its value, true.
