Install ruby... http://www.ruby-lang.org/en/
Install compass [sudo] gem install compass
Install foundation [sudo] gem install zurb-foundation
compass watch ./ in the root folder
copy settings.default.php to settings.php and fill it out with your info (you could just leave the values blank)
