    v0.7.0-pre0

    Merge branch 'gtk3'
    Reuben Rissler contributed a patch for v0.6.1, which replaces gtk2 with
    with gtk3. Toolpath generation and general model handling seems to work
    fine.

    Some minor remaining tasks:
    * there are some FIXMEs to be analyzed
    * missing items in the "file" menu:
        * "Open Recent"
        * "Export"
        * "Save Model" and "Save Model as" (maybe due to being "disabled")
        * "Quit"
    * missing items in the "edit" menu:
        * "Copy" and "Paste"
        * "Engrave Text"
    * the "view" menu is missing
