Fix should look something like this:

mkdir -p /lib/systemd/system/mysql.service.d
cat << EOF >> /lib/systemd/system/mysql.service.d/limit_nofile.conf
[Service]
LimitNOFILE=90000
EOF
systemctl daemon-reload
systemctl restart mysql
