securityonion-sensor: add syslog-ng dependency #1410

From Dustin Lee:

I noticed that the `securityonion-sensor` metapackage doesn't have a dependency for `syslog-ng` which installs all of the `syslog-ng-mod-*` packages and is separate to `syslog-ng-core`.
That appeared to cause syslog-ng to fail on start due to missing `syslog-ng-mod-json` and being unable to parse the conf.
