soup: node checking master for updates fails if master has 1 update #1434

Problem
If a member node runs soup and detects that the master server has 1 update, it outputs the following error:

/usr/sbin/soup: line 159: [: : integer expression expected

Solution
Change the check to:

/usr/sbin/so-apt-check 2>&1 | cut -d\; -f1
