Setup: postinst script should add MySQL LimitNOFILE setting if necessary #1443

Move LimitNOFILE code from sosetup to postinst.

Add the following to https://github.com/Security-Onion-Solutions/securityonion-setup/blob/master/debian/postinst:

DIR=/lib/systemd/system/mysql.service.d
FILE="$DIR/limit_nofile.conf"
if [ -f $FILE ]; then 
     echo "$FILE already exists."
else
     echo "Creating $FILE."
     mkdir -p $DIR
     cat << EOF > $FILE
[Service]
LimitNOFILE=90000
EOF
fi
