I was looking through Sefaria's requirements file and noticed a no longer maintained package called functional. The package is not used as it became part of the standard Python library from which functools is now imported directly.

Should functional be removed from the requirements list?

Better late than never... You're right! Just removed functional from our requirements. Thanks.
