I think monolog should focus on application logs, and application knowledge. This goes more in the system monitoring direction, and I feel like if we open the door to this we will end up with a collectd/nagios clone, which I don't really want to maintain :) So I would suggest you create a monolog-system-stats repo and create all the system-related processors you want in there. I am sure it can be useful to some, but I don't think it has it's place in monolog itself.
