Describe the bug

Currently our CI runs the integration and notebooks tests but when the tests finish Jenkins X actually doesn't receive the update that the tests have finished, and hence they never update. An issue for this has been added which we can track via jenkins-x/jx#7444

Issue has been resolved by extending the timeout for gc activities and gc pods in https://github.com/SeldonIO/environment-jx-production-cluster-dev/blob/master/env/jenkins-x-platform/values.tmpl.yaml
