CSV result format ignores limit-settings #42

the CSV result format always limits to 100 entries and ignores the settings $smwgQMaxInlineLimit and $smwgQMaxLimit

This sounds familiar. @mwjames did this get fixed already?

This one is invalid for SRF since it is a core format.

Edit: I think there was another format having similar problems, cannot remember which one it was though.

See SemanticMediaWiki/SemanticMediaWiki#242 . Workaround example: Set $smwgQMaxInlineLimit = 2000; - and you will get up to 2000 entries. But if the query has more than 2000 results, it's limited to 100 again.
