We have telescope.cdot.systems and dev.telescope.cdot.systems, and we are trying to also add some new sub-domains for a few admin apps.

Our first experiment was trying to create dev.portainer.telescope.cdot.systems and portainer.telescope.cdot.systems, but this isn't working and we get DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN.

I'm wondering what we have to do in order to fix the DNS to allow adding *.telescope.cdot.systems and dev.*.telescope.cdot.systems. Given that our api.telescope.cdot.systems and dev.api.telescope.cdot.systems domains both resolve, I'm surprised this didn't also work.

Chris just added:

  • portainer.telescope.cdot.systems, dev.portainer.telescope.cdot.systems
  • supabase.telescope.cdot.systems, dev.supabase.telescope.cdot.systems

Waiting on DNS to catch up. SSL is next!
