I've added a basic code of conduct for the project which was adapted from The only adjustment I made to this template was adding David's email so anyone can report anything directly to him.

I was originally going to make one from scratch but I think this code of conduct works pretty well for our project. Of course, we can personalize it a bit and make some changes in the future if we need to. If there's any adjustments you think I should make, I'll be happy to do so.
