Remove Satellite info from Dashboard. Update old Satellite links

Description

This PR updates the Dashboard to remove the Satellite info since Satellite now lives in the Telescope repo.

I have also updated old Satellite links.

• got to: http://localhost/v1/status

Tested locally, looks like it's good. My first impression about the dashboard page now is it's kind of empty on the right side even though this is not a big deal for the dashboard.

I agree, the dashboard cards need to be rearranged to be more visually appealing. I can file a follow up issue once this PR is merged.
