Description

This PR makes the following changes to the docs:

• Fix /docs/docs path.
• Make "Telescope Overview" the first item in the table of content.
• Disable languages that do not have translation yet to speed build time (We will re-enable them as the translations come in).
• Update docs colours to the Telescope palette.
