Bug fix: sys.exit() calls are now recognized for both 3.4 (and below) and 3.5 (and newer). The change is due to changes in the python grammar.

Deployment Improvements
The module links libstdc++ statically to avoid run-time problems on systems which have multiple compilers installed (wrong version of libstdc++ could be picked at run-time)
