PR Description:
This PR introduces a Client Script on the Incident form to enforce the required lifecycle flow according to ITIL best practices. The script prevents users from directly transitioning an Incident to Closed Complete without first setting it to Resolved.
If a user attempts to bypass the Resolved state:
The state is automatically reverted to its previous value
A notification message is displayed to guide proper closure
The form is refreshed to ensure data consistency
This enhancement improves process compliance, data accuracy, and overall service governance within the Incident Management lifecycle.
