Machine-readable format?

I think it'd be cool to have the list of projects in a machine-readable format somewhere, ideally JSON, I guess. My imagination tells me it'd be really cool to have a browser extension that would use the list to display a big red warning whenever you enter a repo that has stale-bot active (but I'm no extension dev, so I won't make one).

I'm trying to keep a site generator out of this, to keep it simple. I could make a JSON file, but it'd have to be synchronised, which may be a bit of a doozy.
