  1. Switched gemspec to a simple 0.1 version bump from mdarby/scribd_fu.

This marks the new release point for scribd_fu. I've tested my setups with
attachment_fu and Paperclip, but that guarantees nothing. Testing will be
appreciated, and any brokenness being reported would also be appreciated.

  1. Switched Paperclip to use with_filename_for like attachment_fu.

This is a method that takes a block and creates a temp file with the right name
if the actual file hasn't been saved yet.

  2. Require 'ftools' to use File.copy when needed.

attachment_fu probably includes it, which is why I didn't need it when testing
with attachment_fu. Still, I'm putting it in both in case that ever changes.

  1. Upload to scribd before_validation so validations will pass.

Otherwise checks for the presence of scribd_id and family will fail, since the
validations will run before the actual upload takes place. We could
alternatively clear the errors once we succesfully upload, but it makes more
sense to just upload in a different stage of the lifecycle.

  1. Switched file_path method to with_file_path, which yields the right f…

    …ile path.

In cases where the file has not been copied to its final location yet, the
with_file_path method copies the file to a a temp file with the file's correct
filename, which lets scribd handle it correctly. It then ensures the deletion of
the file when the block ends.
