What's in this Pull Request?

This web part illustrates how SPFx functionality and packages/libraries can be bundled in multiple '.js' file bundles, then be dynamically & asynchronously loaded into the page at execution time, with a button click.

It provides two different examples within the web part. The first is simple and bundles basic .ts/.js functionality into a separate file, imported upon a button click. The second examples shows how to separately bundle an library and '.scss' styles that are only needed upon a button click at execution time.
