Unable to distribute to groups if transport is longpolling and HubName attribute is used #1039

When trying to distribute a message out to clients who have joined a group. This does not seem to be working if the transport is set to long polling.

Send a minimal repro of the failing project (this means no databases no extra files, reduce the code to the smallest set of code that is failing).

Ok this is a bug. I narrowed it down to the HubName attribute, if you remove it, it works. Somehow the group name isn't being registered properly (and somehow for only longpolling). We'll fix this for the next release. The workaround for now is to not use HubName.
