.NET Client: Add support for ClientCertificates #1303

If authentication of the web site is limited to client certificates, we can not use the .NET client.
It seems to me the client is using System.Net.HttpWebRequest under the hood, so you can use ClientCertificates.Add(...) and just have to pass through a certificate file from HubConnection down to the actual request.
